Refund Policy

Paddle sells Locus Git Gui as its merchant of record, so Paddle handles refunds, under its buyer terms and its refund policy. The refund policy says when a refund is given, including the right to cancel that buyers have by law in some countries.
Asking for a refund
Use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or look up your purchase at paddle.net.
Once a full refund goes through, the license stops working the next time Locus Git Gui checks it.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling stops future payments. Your license keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Cancel from Manage Subscription… in the app, or through the link in your Paddle receipt.
